Indian Army Short Service Course – 22, which was commissioned in August 1976, paid a visit to the HP State War Memorial on 25 April 2022.

As a part of the Course Reunion, 73 Veteran Officers and Ladies visited the Memorial, and paid tributes to the fallen soldiers.

The spirit of the veterans was visible to all and inspired all the staff and other visitors who were present at the Memorial during the visit of the course.

The Course contributed a sum of Rs 1 lakh for the Memorial. Brigadier R P Attri, on behalf of the course, presented a cheque for the amount to Col KKS Dadwal, President of the War Memorial Governing Council.

We are humbled and very grateful to the Officers and Ladies of SSC – 22, who have contributed for the memories of those who have laid down their lives for our Motherland.

We assure you all that your very gracious contribution will be utilised well for the honour of our fallen comrades.
